They are searching for a PRODUCT DEVELOPER (MATERIAL)
MISSION
- You will look after Stanley Stella product development efficiently.
- You will handle product development including fabric development, materials development, and color development.
- Your purpose will also be to maintain product development T&A and to communicate with local partners and as well as Head Quarter.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- will be responsible for all kind Material development from inspiration to ready to go for bulk (Knit, Woven, Outerwear and Accessories), Minibulk for the business
- color approval progression (Lap Dip, Minibulk, trim color), trim approval
- lab and Material responsible for all kind of testing and standard setting, QIM, Supplier Audit for Quality Assurance
- initial responsible for all kind of communications with HQ related to business.
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduate/ Masters
- educational background on Textile Technology will be added advantage for the positions
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, color concept should be excellent
- working experience with the brand will have added advantage for this position
- strong teamwork mentality
- product knowledge in terms of fabric vs colors
- excellent communication both verbal and written, analytical and interpersonal skills
- computer literacy is must, especially strong skill to work in Excel
- flexible on working hours, Ability to work under pressure in different projects as per company needs
